I loved playing Bruce Lee, Chuck Yeager's Advanced Flight Trainer(had to google that one), and Neuromancer (with soundtrack by Devo) on my C64.... Good times... I used to write papers for school with Bank Street Writer....The memories are still fresh for me of printing things out on that Dot Matrix printer that was so loud you'd want to leave the house, but were afraid the paper feed would get all jammed up.
Sadly, no - it wasn't I had both... C64 was much more flexible in sound and graphics - and much more software was available for C64.I loved my atari 800 though - great word processor, spell checker before people knew what that was, interfaced with printers and other items very well...
OMG~! Bank Street Writer~!. I remember being told how expensive and precious those discs were when we used them in school. That lasted till I started copying them. Teachers had no idea one copy would be enough for the whole school.Ah. Good times.
