I was watching the 2nd season of 'The Mind of Mencia' when I came across two sketches which were so similar to Russell Peters material from several years back that I had to make the comparison.

@ McDLT2 and Humptydank.That is exactly what I was referencing.1st Bit: Dane Cook is speaking about always missing someone getting hit by a car even though it was his dream to see (horribly spliced to take out the middle of this bit), Louis CK makes his way through to bit forcing giggles about someone almost getting hit on a bike by a door. Stupid comparison. 2nd Bit: Dane Cook has gone on record at making Chewbacca name jokes about his kids. Showed him doing that same bit in his biography show on HBO during Tourgasm when he was a young lad. Stole it using mind powers? Will see.3rd Bit: Itchy assh**e bit. Stupidity. We've all had assh**es that were itchy. Louis CK had to scream to get laughs though, Dane Cook did not.

He didn't f**k it up. Maybe when he was setting up the skit to say what it was about. But In the beginning of the skit there was no statement of where they lived, only that it was one of his neighbors. Oh well if it's funny it's funny, comedians reuse jokes all the time, mencina just does it more often. Some of his s**t is funny. Most of you probably don't think it's funny cuz you can't get your head around the fact that he's accused of stealing jokes.It's like those guys that got accused of raping some girl but they actually didn't and they still get treated like they did.

I'm a huge fan of Peters & not a fan of Mencia..but those video's do not show that Mencia stole from Peters.The subject might be the same..but there's no plagarism.The submitter is an attention whore trying to create fake drama.
