salon.com— Extremists Mark Chryson and Steve Stoll helped launch Palin's political career in Alaska, and in return had influence over policy. "Her door was open," says Chryson -- and still is.

Sarah Palin is a far right radical. Her religious connections are just as bad as her AIP connections. It is time for Americans to denounce this radical woman. If the media will not tell Americans the truth it is our duty to inform the American people. Please inform your friends and family. Write and call the media. Write and call your Congressmen. Now, is the time to speak All our American freedoms are at risk..
I wonder if this guy has ever actually bombed a federal building, or terrorized his fellow citizens? Alaskans, by nature, have a very libertarian and independent view of the world. By living in a state so undeveloped and isolated, they have had to adapt and provide for themselves. Now, if someone like, say, Bill Ayers had the arsenal that this guy professes to have, I believe he would have committed much more egregious crimes than what has been proved.
@prousaOkay so when the dems sweep the senate and white house away from the gop and enact new laws you will obviously like them--or move to another country. whoa, I just blew your mind.
McCain thought he had something when he introduced Palin as VP running mate. i thought it was a joke, but in horror, I found it to be true. How in the world does someone accept and rally around a person not even known of up until the last month or so? Questions have been raised frequently concerning Obama's qualifications to lead, but these same people are the ones that not only embraced someone that they not only knew nothing about, but also did not bother to ask questions about. In the short time Palin has been around, she has done nothing but make a fool of herself on national TV, and incited hate into the minds of would be followers. She has consistently addressed the rallies with confidence and cheerleader type tactics, but refuses, or is not being allowed to address the media. I wonder why? Could it be the McCain party fears another botch up, further indicating her lack of intelligence? Her morals and ethics are in question now. Not only was she found guilty of abusing her political power, which by definition is not a crime, but also involved along with husband Todd, with a radical group that is interested in breaking Alaska away from the US as it's own entity. Now how unpatriotic is that? The irony of it all is that the media seems oblivious to these activities, because I do not hear it on the news, and the general public that supports McCain and Palin don't seem to care. Well, in my opinion it's all about how to stay rich. The only reason I can figure that McCain chose Palin is that as governor of Alaska, with political clout in Alaska, there just happens to be a 1.5 million acre wildlife reserve available to tap into for oil. If they can get away with their activities of late, and the public is not speaking up, then some of us will get what we didn't ask for, and some will get something they voted for only to find out that is ain't about them. Money seems to be the driving force that keeps scandals like this going. Somewhere, somehow, education and the ability to think and make decisions, have been labeled as qualities unique to the elite. Since when did we downplay a very good education, and the ability to think with obvious ignorance, attempts to divide, lye, non patriotism, and radical public displays, as the virtues of the ones we want to represent and lead us? This is frightening. What does this mean to the McCain supporters, except for the very rich, who continue to rally for this couple, when they do not have anyones but their own best interest in mind, not to mention what kind of leadership examples they have set. I am so tired of approximately 1% of the US population making decisions for the other 99%. Will we live because of this, or die because we continue to allow it to happen? Would Americans rather be lead by power or education. Is it that so many are reluctant to vote for someone black, and are willing to go down because of the decisions being made that affect our entire country rather than to even consider the views of an educated American who is concerned for Americans? All Americans.
And Palin can stand there with a straight face accusing Senator Obama of palling around with terrorists? The woman is a sociopath or worse. For heaven's sake, people, exercise your vote. Don't permit this person to end up "one heartbeat from the presidency."
Hey moron here is a quote right from the AIP website from founder Joe Vogler "I'm an Alaskan, not an American. I've got no use for America or her damned institutions." Joe VoglerThe first "dude" of Alaska is(was), a member of this party, and Palin has the balls to say "who is Barrak Obama"Give me a freaking break, she is a fringe lunatic, and is more right wingnut than duba....
