They won't. It doesn't even matter.. they don't do this because of measurable results, but because someone pays them to do so, and because they want it to look like they're doing something.Most likely, MD will be closed and something else will be created in the place. Then they'll continue to be nearly irrelevant.
Technically what MD does called spaming, DDoSing, hacker attacking and hijacking.It should be illegal as well as piracy.But unfortunately government is owned by mega-corporations so "THEY" are allowed to do things YOU can not do without punishment.IMHO, laws should treat everyone in a equal manner.Otherwise there is no need to have such laws at all.
