I think this is referencing the housing bill that ultimately helps both sides. It allows the banks to get their faulty home loans federally guaranteed provided they renegotiate the loan on terms favorable to the homeowner. I know one of the stipulations was that the new loan couldn't be for more than 80% of the appraised value of the home. Not sure what other stipulations there were for renegotiating the loan.

What do people expect of a 71 old man, who looks like the crypt keeper. I even thought I seen John McCain on the FLOWMAX commerical for enlarging prostate. He is lucky someone doesn't have to carry him to the Senate to vote.
