huffingtonpost.com— John McCain sideswiped the Republican National Committee on Sunday for the intense focus it has placed on Barack Obama's relationship (however thin) to Gov. Rod Blagojevich.

You're right.Unlike Obama's campaign that had gardbage coming directly from their campaign and not extreme unassociated sources. You blame Mccain for s**t Obama purposely orchestrated. Obama is a compulsive liar about anything and everything. And yes Obama is tied to William Ayers for a long time on the same board. He may not have had a cup of tea with him all the time, but Obama lied his ass off to distance himself and THAT is the controversy.
icabodaneWTF has he done? He's electing cabinet members and hasnt done jack s**t.. nothing, NADA!When he gets in office:He is proposing to double the taxes on the stock market.(mutual, pension funds, educational funds, savings funds). He is proposing to have the largest spending budget in 40-50 years when we are in the largest debt we've ever been in.He is proposing to NOT drill off the coast. He is proposing to have an oil windfall tax that oil companies will make back by simply raising the price by 10 cents making it back and raising the cost on interstate commerce/goods.He is proposing to create even MORE subsidies for alternative energies (allowing for abuse from lobbyists) ... rather than have massive tax breaks for them which would allow for capitalist competition and the best solution to arise. He is proposing to do little or nothing about Iran building a nuclear weapon, and they are trying (you're a retard if you think otherwise - they have enough natural gas an infrastructure already built to harness it).He wants to beat up the biggest hornet's nest there is with Afghanistan and Pakistan( who has nuclear weapons and India eager to interfere as well) - we will send more troops over to die for it.So wait until he is in office - yes you just wait. And we will be pointing our fingers at you for electing such a jackass in office!

I guess since McCain doesn't have to run to get a Republican vote anymore, he doesn't have to act like such a dick.

You have to go back earlier than 2007. Probably all the way back to 2000.

Here is a follow-up article that explains the root of the Republican Party's marginalization from mainstream society:http://www.tnr.com/politics/story.html?id=9bded7fc ...Until the party removes from itself, "The habits of suspicion, pessimism, and antagonism run too deep.", the heritage from Paul Weyrich, it will continue to dig itself into a corner.

It's too bad (for him) that this was not the McCain who ran for president this year!
