Bobby Jindal (R) promoted McCain’s oil rig visit in an appearance on Fox and Friends this morning.

Respondents to a LATimes national poll chose Obama 45% to McCain's 43%, a statistical dead heat. Far more voters say McCain has the right experience (68%) to be President while more than a third (36%) have questions about Obama's patriotism.
