alternet.org — The Republican reveals his inner hot head with an audacious shot across the bow to Obama in the Senate. If John McCain goes ballistic every time he's mildly criticized by Barack Obama, this is going to be a much more interesting campaign than I thought.

Do you think a guy should be able to get a fully paid college education if he only spends one active day in the military? It's an honest question.

Maybe moolacantteachmehowtoread would be fitting. Or is that too many letters?

Your first part describes the majority of conservatives I know, and the majority of the people I know who voted for Bush for a second term. Had you bothered to read any of my comments, even ones about this article (basically falling victim to the faults you described) then you would see that I generally A. Have a good grasp on the issues (having a BA in political science will do that), B. generally read the whole article and point out when most people don't, and C. tend to argue for both sides of issues, using all the facts available to make my case. You lose, good day sir.

You think the idiots posting this would realize that the guy who founded the party they belong to had much more of a temper than McCain.

Again, how did f**king with commies in other countries benefit the american people? 3rd world countries like Nicaragua are way better off with some form of socialism anyway.

...and if he spends that one day sitting on a base in North Dakota? Why only use one extreme while ignoring the other end of the spectrum? That's rather intellectually dishonest, don't you think?Cheap enough to realize that the entitlement form of government that a majority of Democrats favor is wasteful spending at it's finest.People are bitching that McCain's plan exists to create a "war machine", but if you give free college to everyone that makes it through basic training, I'd imagine you'd see a bigger surge in enlistment than you would on McCain's plan.

Same here even hough I don't support what Obama wants to do to the space program I will vote for him over McCain. But then who knows maybe all Obama will do to NASA would be kill the mess known as Ares and get the program back on track. If they just switched from Ares to Direct launcher for example the entire VSE program becomes 20 billion cheaper over the course of 15 years.
