thinkprogress.org — before Cheney became a political albatross, McCain overflowed with kind things to say about him. In fact, in July 2004, McCain described Cheney as one of the best vice presidents ever. Politico?s Jonathan Martin reports today that in unpublished comments to Hayes, McCain also said he would consider Cheney for a post in his administration.

'I'm a member of the "vote for whichever one of these f**king idiots is least likely to screw s**t up" crowd.'In other words, you and yourself.'I'm going to vote for McCain not because i like the guy, not because of any action he's going to take, but for action he's NOT going to take.'The problem with your argument for voting McCain is, you have just as much information about how McCain will perform as President as you do concerning Daffy Duck should he take the Oval Office for some reason. The problem you have with Obama is that you, like Clinton, focus only on the oratory without going to his website. Of course, your mind is already made up from the tone of your comment, so going there now is probably fruitless for you. If you can find me one orator that can describe his entire platform without me falling asleep, you'd have one hell of a college professor.

War crimes would be #1 reason not to like cheney. Shooting someone in the face and demanding an apology is pretty bad though.

With a democratic congress, and a democratic senate, I'm having a hard time figuring that putting a democrat in the oval office is be the best move. If the democrats in Congress had a spine, this would be a much easier decision. Is it too much to ask that one at the very least be objective when discussing political views? Being a pompous a-hole isn't the best way to win someone of an opposing viewpoint over.Thanks.

I was sitting here thinking today ... in just the recent weeks it really seems that he's trying to just hand the presidency to Obama .... I feel this just about confirmed it.
