Yeah McCain also said he knows how to win wars, yeah right, he's got a magic wand. Well why didn't he tell Bush? He says Obama is responsible for high gas prices, yeah right. The guy is losing it. He's living in yesterday. If he does get elected, just wait and see what his face will look like in a couple of years. If you think it's melting off now, just wait.

Well if you want to nit-pick, first of all, Congress is made up of the House of Representatives and the Senate. Congress does pass (for example) tax law, but often the President can ask Congress to pass their plan...especially when the same party controls both. Besides, I was just working under the same assumption Meekus was.
