During a January debate at the Reagan Library, McCain stated that Americans were ?overall are better off? than they were eight years ago.

If I could marry a rich woman 15 or 20 years my senior and sponge off of her, I'd think things were great too. If I was the an oil exec or drug company exec things would be great also, but I'm an average American who has to pay more at the pump every time President Bush or Vice President Cheney say something stupid on TV and prices at the pump go up.If your already rich than your life is better under "conservatives". If your a working man or woman who wonders when all those oversees war money is coming back home to help you and your kids....well, you get the point.
