agreed.. defense wins games. but 35% shooting percentage doesn't DESPITE the defense you play. we play good defense... and we could play better if we were excited about winning. but we really need to focus on our strengths as well.
stack is my favorite player on the team but even he didn't show up to play. the only people that really showed "effort" was dirk, terry (except his D), and bass (who should have seen the ball much more but we were too focused on getting late/forced jump shots)
The only thing I have to say about Avery Johnson is that guy's mouth is freakin' huge. Just enormous. He pops clementines like they were bite-sized oranges.

Too bad it was Cuban that had a hard on for Kidd. Avery didn't want the trade. I would have much rather kept Devin Harris and Diop. Makes me sad.
