And I guess Dell and IBM made better desktops than Apple did? I'm no Mac fanboy either, more Amiga even though I havn't used one since the fall of Commodore and by then in 1995 bought my first Mac.

If you watch the scene where Bender is born, the computer attached to his head is a Mac.Thus, one can only conclude that Bender runs on Mac OS.
