youtube.com— One of the best mashups I've heard. Kanye West's Goldigger combines with Beethoven's 5th Symphony to make this epic song.

You make it sound like rockbands never rip off other rockbands and steal their riffs wholesale. Ha.Why do so many people have a problem distinguishing something that clearly states it's a fan made effort with something official from Kanye? That said, the mixing is lousy and the end result bad.
I can't believe what I'm reading: How can you screw with Green Day? How can you possibly destroy something so good by "mashing it up" with anything else? "Boulevard of Broken Dreams" was by itself an amazing song with an inspired message about loneliness and simplicity--to screw with something so hallowed is sacrilege.
Good lord...'its a rip off ... of a ripoff...' blah... Mashups are two or more songs put together to make a new song. In most cases no profit its made. It shows the experience of the DJ performing the Mashup or Bootie as they are called. Some are good, while some are awful. You just need to have an open mind and open ears to see what the Masher was attempting to accomplish and what they produced. As for this one, sounds great, it is not the Beethoven's 5th Symphony, but Walter Murphy's 5th of Beethoven made popular in the disco's in the 70s. For another Disco Mashup, checkout Cheekyboys' "Switchin Alive"(Will Smith vs. The Bee Gees) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X8NHa0dWgL4.And stop the bitchin and enjoy the music. If you don't like it then don't downloadit or rm it from your hdisk. ;)

People reading this topic need to remember that this is a unofficial fan-made 'A vs. B' mashup, Kanye West probobly doesn't endorse it and the original version's better in my opinion. Maybe producing a new mix of the Beethoven disco instrumental would give it a new kick of life. Just a few related links...http://www.gybo-v3.co.uk - Get Your Bootleg On Forum, one of the best places to talk and find mashups.http://www.madmaximillion.com/mashups/ChristinaAguileravs.Eminem-JustLoseItToNoOtherMan.mp3 - This uses the instrumental to Christina's track, which itself samples two tracks by The Moon People.

Queen + 50 Cent = Original & Interesting Mash-UpI love Queen, I hate "fiddy", but even I gotta admit the mash-up, dubbed "Q-Unit", is much better than this.http://www.q-unit.net/

Yeah, I was going to say - that's one of the worst Kanye mashups I've heard.Lenlow's Kanye Mahna is much more enjoyable...http://www.musicremixed.org/lenlow/Lenlow%20-%20Kanye%20Mahna.mp3
