Maryland proposes more fees for E-ZPass users

baltimoresun.com — As if MD didn't impose enough fees and taxes on their residents. Now they plan to charge users $1.50 a month for E-ZPass, regardless of whether or not they actually use the transponder. This would make MD the most expensive state in this regard.
