The author is exactly correct. This entire "consumer-directed health care" movement is something dreamed up/spun up by the Government in cahoots with Employers & Payers to pass the buck down to the lowly consumer on issues that Government/Payers/Employers have made worse and worse. There is a rather crude saying that applies "s--- rolls downhill." I only hope that consumers don't get tricked into buying these plans/this scam.
