Really? Where exactly does it do that? Are you talking about the 10th Amendment? Because if so, I'll point your attention to Article I Section 8; in particular, note the tax and interstate commerce clauses.I'm not saying that it's a good idea: I'm just saying that your statement is misleading and wrong.

@AZRoboto:I don't like it when people fart in public, or wear those hideous Ugg boots, or when they honk their car horns needlessly and obnoxiously. But you know what I do? I deal with it and go about my day. We can't ban public farting or Ugg boots just because I don't happen to like them any more than we can ban tobacco just because you don't happen to like it. If it's really that offensive to you, then hold your breath for a moment while you walk past the person smoking a cigarette and then you won't smell or taste it. And don't even try to pull that "second hand smoke is bad for me" crap, because if you live in even a moderately sized city, the second hand smoke you are smelling when you walk past a smoker outside is just a drop in the bucket compared to all the toxic car exhaust being spewed out by the truckload every day. It's one thing to spend lots of time in an enclosed space with a bunch of smokers. It's an entirely different situation when you're talking about just walking down the street.

PLEASE legalize! My life was almost ruined by outragous drug laws regarding weed. I work, I go to college, let me live my life and do what I want as long as I don't hurt anyone. LEGALIZE!

I think that this video is great. I agree that the laws do need to be changed for the better. I believe that this organization will go far with this vid. Yes We Can!

I think the purpose of the ad is to show people that prohibition is detrimental to society as a whole. it needlessly ruins hundreds of thousands of lives per year and wastes billions of dollars.for a one-minute ad I think they did a pretty good job. they made the appeal on an emotional level instead of an intellectual level, which would have taken more time. hopefully that approach will come next.NORML, the Drug Policy Alliance, Students for Sensible Drug Policy and others have done a great job raising awareness about drug policy reform. people are starting to get behind legalization. now we need to convince the politicians.check out http://420moneybomb.org/ and make a donation if you can afford it.
