Interesting since the Woonsocket, RI task force is running radio ads titled "420". In it they say that smoking increases the risk of lung cancer. Well, now we know the lie about that one.

No you aren't. You live in the USA, not just LA. The Feds say it's illegal, and thus it is so for the entire union. We don't need people like you smoking pot. People like you should be spending your money on tutors.

The government has known since 1974 that THC cures and/or inhibits cancer. They covered up and destroyed the research just like they do with all research that shows that marijuana is not the devil weed that they have been claim it is since the 30's. I love it when people try to villify MJ use. The world would be a better place if more people had a little peaceful time-out. A few hours of relaxing introspection is HARMLESS. The only few drawbacks it has is it smells and some people get the munchies like crazy. I've seen a practical test (google it) showing that driving while under the influence of cannabis doesn't significantly affect reaction time. Also, I sure as hell wouldn't be messing around with food, phone, iPods, etc if I were driving.I look forward to future where there is open public discussion about the use of cannabis, where real facts and testimony are presented as opposed to the predominant contrived fearmongering. As a person that used to have diametrically different views about the use of cannabis, I can say that once you realize the long history of the society's symbiosis with the plant and the basis for it's prohibition, you can see that the potential harm of this substance is far behind the legal and more acceptable use of prescription medications, alcohol.Also, I wonder what would happen to hard drug use if cannabis were decriminalized, if not completely legalized. I saw a piece on the news about how some crystal meth users are so hard up fro drugs that they will drink meth containing urine. I think that a lot of heavy users would find a much less dangerous (and less expensive) mind-altering substance a miraculous release. I have never seen any compelling evidence that the idea of the gateway drug was any more than a propaganda slogan. I know many cannabis users that are happy, successful people that have no interest in pushing the envelope to harder substances.

The SS was a law enforcement agency, which means it enforced the laws passed by Hitler. The SS did not criminalize Jewry, you must be so sick of people attacking the SS for all their war crimes. The DEA breaks into peoples homes, steals their property, kidnaps and tortures them. to be honest guys there is no reason to takl about cigs causes cancer beacause i am pretty sure every stoner smokes them i mean lol its in a stoners blood an all these politics saying marijuana is bad why dont they look at the alcoholics for once an the death rates it causes u NEVER hear a death from smoking marijuana you have side effects yes but that is normal everything that is a drug has side effects but marijuana side effects are not as bad ive smoked weed 7 years my breathing is fine note: ALSO smoke cigs, my memory is fine i do not get depressed i once went one week exactly without a joint so listen all you wiggers who think pot is bad go to HELL ''stoner 4 life'' ; )
