@cfrehr420"marijuana cannot be patented because its a plant (natural)."Plants can and have been patented. They can patent just about anything, even human genes. Technically, you should be paying patent fees when you have kids.

There's as much evidence that cannabis and thc oil were used by the ancient Hebrews and probably Jesus C. himself (or at least many rabbis/healers). The founding fathers of the US grew hemp on their plantations--indeed farmers were compelled by the government to grow a certain percentage of hemp--and the constitution was printed on hemp paper. To say that there isn't a rich culture regarding "marijuana" is erroneous. The majority of us just can't think that far back.
