Why only in Latin America? I am sure HP doesn't have the balls to compete with the MS tamed OEMs & outlets. And HP is so f***King oppurtunistic they are eating the fruits of hard work done by the Brazilian govt which showed the well deserved middle finger to the monopoly shop MSIts sad that not a single company has the balls to tackle MS.Hail antitrust, free market and campaign finance
