boingboing.net — This guy made the Digg front page 2 months ago for giving away 16,000 GNU Linux computers to poor people, and not long after that, he was investigated by local branch of the California bureaucracy that investigates toxic waste. They are now claiming that he must prove that he is not a toxic waste dump, or he will be fined into oblivion!

Whoops, looks like he does have a donate button, wasn't able to make the edit in time. Anyway if our e-mails don't do anything, maybe our donations can! I really hope this guy makes it, his blog says he has a meeting with the higher ups of the DTSC on the 25th. Reading his blog, I can't believe people are actually taking the DTSC's side on this (check his blog), looks like people were e-mailing the feds instead of the cal epa... Here's his site. http://www.accrc.org/

I was being satirical. I think they should leave this guy alone, I was merely saying, he was obviously infringing on someone's ability to make money, hence, he's the enemy.
