Sounds inaccurate to me. The larger a person is the more a taser effects them, because the same amount of current making more muscle react. So the more muscle a person has, the more of a reaction they will have from the shock. Sounds like a defective taser, or a fake story to me.

As funny as it sounds, OC spray is ABOVE a taser on the force continuum, usually. A taser is actually pretty low, although I don't remember where exactly...
