Excuse me, the Supreme Court (unanimously) based their decision on the methods they used to extract the pills. Their decision would allow you to force a gun from someone's hand because it doesn't "shock the conscience" to do so. It does "shock the conscience" to strangle and reach down someone's throat before strapping them to a table and pumping their stomach. Though the Court calls it self-incrimination, it is not the main factor in the case, the more inclusive term "due process" is.
