The article makes no distinction about whether she was legal or not. In fact, it makes a special note about how nobody knows whether she was actually in the country illegally. You're making assumptions that she was based on the fact that he's white and she's not. The fact is he terrorized this woman, which is the definition of a terrorist. Someone who terrorizes. Or you could just call him crazy. Both terms fit.Douche.
