This really works. Today I was procrastinating all day, not from my schoolwork, but from finding a job. I'm still astonished that it never occurred to me over the years to seek out books on procrastination. There are a number of them out there and many of them are good. Procrastination has been studied and there are effective techniques for dealing with it.I recommend "Overcoming Procrastination" by Windy Dryden and (literally) the same title by Albert Ellis & William Knaus.

I wanted to end my frustration, and force me to do those things I don't want to, with no success. It make me feel relieved, that not the only one and a way to work it around. Thanks.
