huffingtonpost.com — Sarah Palin has got Democrats and independent voters mad as hell that McCain would gamble with the future of our country so recklessly. So what to do? How can progressives channel our outrage over the prospect of an unqualified, dangerously far-right wing ideologue, rabidly partisan pitbull with lipstick like Palin a heartbeat from the presidency?

Palin's church supports this ex-gay convention!<a class="user" href="http://digg.com/politics/Outrage_Over_Ex_Gay_Conference_Supported_By_Palin_s_Church">http://digg.com/politics/Outrage_Over_Ex_Gay_Confe ...</a>

It's so easy to volunteer for Obama. Go to your local campaign office, sign up at my.barackobama.com (also look there for local events). Make sure you're visible for the campaign, wear buttons, bumper stickers, yard signs. McCain is relying on people being too lazy to challenge their lies. Obama is relying on us to go voter to voter, neighbor to neighbor, persuade undecided voters, turn out our voters, counter the smears, fire up those sporadic democrats, reach out to Hillary supporters, and win the election on the ground. If all you're doing is watching the news and getting mad at McCain's lies, you're part of the problem. You're the voter McCain is counting on, too lazy to fight for the truth. It only takes a few hours a week, and there's only a handful of weeks left. Do you want to wake up on November 5th and think "why didn't I do more?"

I photoshopped all of Sarah Palin's problems onto one page... Almost all of them..<a class="user" href="http://digg.com/2008_us_elections/Sarah_Palin_s_Problems_A_Handy_Guide_to_the_top_issues">http://digg.com/2008_us_elections/Sarah_Palin_s_Pr ...</a>

After listening in horror to the speeches @ the Republican National Convention, I donated to the Obama/Biden ticket, and I'm now signing up for events, working to help get them elected. I agree:Talk Is Cheap! Get involved and end the inhumanity that resides in OUR house; The White House. McPAIN /Palin would only be more of the same...to a greater degree!
