gizmodo.com — RUMOR: According to a solid source, Apple misrepresented the reasons behind MacWorld and Steve Jobs' keynote cancellation. The real cause is his rapidly declining health. In fact, it may be even worse than we ever imagined: Truly sad news if true

Ditto qxrt's comment; and ditto other comments about Woz. I think MacOSX is a good product and hope to see it carry on, and hope the shortage of a "banner man" doesn't lead to deterioration of the product line itself. (I recognize that even if it's not now, SJ must fade away someday...)

I do not believe this article. Steve Jobs does not need to waste his holiday time going to these events. Apple does not need to publicize themselves as much anymore and the people that put on Macworld make huge profits just from having Jobs as the keynote because it gets people to go. What does Apple get from sending their CEO to some conference that doesn't even help there business anymore. Jobs is fine, he's just focusing on more important things. You can't trust everything you believe on the net these days

The fanboy following that this man has is really pretty sad. He wouldn't be where he is today without having used Wozniak to get there. Nothing in the company is invented by Jobs, unless you want to count the Lisa. He's just a scummy snobby man who steals from his best buddy and hates his fans. Good riddins.

The last time Steve Jobs left Apple is when the cult started. People were much more zealous when there wasn't a clear leader of Apple.
