Is not like I would buy a Macbook Pro just for that BUT its those fun and crazy stuff that make them the best laptops IMO...I cant wait to get mine! ( off course there are people that dont like apple and or their computers, but not everyone's the same so)

It would be cool to use the ambient light sensor to set the desktop to night city scape when it's dark and a daylight city scape when it's light. ...or change the GUI colors in OS X for use when it's dark or light.

Macbooks have their pros and cons...but totally worth the money

I use the Shadowbook software, it's a great alternative and works for models of older powerbooks without the Sudden Motion Sensor, but it can be annoying when it suddenly gets cloudy and all of a sudden your desktops are switching back and forth automatically. Still, it's a gentler alternative.
