i'm going to pull a jabberwolf here and assume all pc users are ignorant and define an entire set of people's intelligence level, aka "mactards" based on the computer they use.
If it's BUSINESS ONLY then it MISSED THE f**kING MARK big time on the price point.I could see our procurement department falling over in fits of laughter at the purchase request for something that: (1) Has less features and less performance than notebooks of competing price (2) Is not out-of-the-box compatible with the SOE of the business. (3) Only justifiable stand-out feature is its thin-ness.Yup... you have diddly squat getting one of these if you work in a proper business environment. I wouldn't even sign off on the request for one of my executives to get one let alone myself.
This is far more valuable than just bashing the s**t out of the MBA. Truly successful people know that spending 80% of your time and energy on the solution instead of the problem is the key. I love Apple and what it does, but I wouldn't buy the MBA in its current form. If they listen to their customers and improve upon the product in v2, then I may buy. I'm holding out for iPhone 2.0 too cuz 1.0 wasn't that great. Nothing's perfect and there's always room for improvement. If you don't like it, don't buy it and get over it already people.
I've purchased a Macbook Air and I'm glad I have it.There are no reasons to wait, untill you need a desctop in a laptop's case. There are lots of great reviews on http://www.maconair.com/, theay actually prove it's not so bad.

You couldn't be more correct. As soon as the Steve Jobs MacWorld conference was over I bought myself a macbook.
