I have it on good authority (my co-worker was told this by an MSN rep) that MSN is doing this because their algo isn't cutting it and that they would really like it if nobody knew about it.
i hate to tell you this (especially mr "good authority") but the posting is clearly a joke. Seems like the folks at MSN just need to blow off a little steam. Nobody can hand pick SERPs in 3 seconds. come on now, people.
