Wow...obfuscation. It's like sleight of hand. You can post all of these laws, but you're ignoring the main point WHICH IS THAT HIS CERTIFICATE SAYS HE WAS BORN IN HAWAII.Let me give you an example. I am an American. Two of my kids were born in Canada. Guess what I had to do? I had to register them. It's called a Report Of Birth Abroad. At some point, kids need a certificate of live birth, something to register them officially.Here's where you don't have one. Let's say your child is born at home. You go to the consulate and register the birth abroad. You are a Washington State resident, such as myself. The kid gets a birth certificate from Washington. Later, my Canadian wife can get citizenship in Canada for the kids since it's bestowed by the mother.All of that is IRRELEVANT because the birth certificate says he was born IN HOSPITAL IN HAWAII. Get it? My two youngest have birth certificates from the hospitals they were born in, and then vital statistics sent us official ones that say it's "Vancouver, BC"...You people are grasping at straws. If the birth certificate on file says he was born at a hospital in Hawaii you're going to have to deal with it.
