This is really a great idea. Every country will be able to produce their own reliable energy source, and the U.S. doesn't have to invade foreign countries anymore. *wishful thinking*

Yeah, I did... I didn't think that LEDs would produce enough heat to make much power, but I had a vision of a MIT computer lab with a bunch of devices strapped to the back of the monitors to power the campus...
