Kind of interesting that the state of Maryland attempted to set up conflicts between the military and the citizen population with it's warning but failed to mention that the state itself (of Maryland) is one of the biggest threats to individual liberty and freedom of all 50 in the union today. Kind of makes you wonder just what value a state like this actually has that redeems this kind of rhetoric.
