Dr Brain was where I learned binary. There was one room in the Island of Dr. Brain where you had to turn on light bulbs to equal a number. Each bulb was worth double the one next to it. I didn't know it was binary at the time though.
Awesome oregon trail tribute on Episode 3 of Downstairs Theater (<a class="user" href="http://www.downstairstheater.com).">http://www.downstairstheater.com).</a> Pretty much nails it.Number munchers...forgot about that game. They even have games like that in schools now, or do they just teach HTML/CSS and such? I certainly dont miss the hours spent learning friekin PASCAL, but Logo was damn fun :)
Oh my gosh! I know this is a really old conversation thread, but wow I was starting to think there was nobody like me that loved all the classics like I do. I love all of these games! I owned them all on floppy, then hard disk, and now cds. I can't even find rpgs that come anywhere close to any of them nowadays.

We were truly blessed to live in the golden age of gaming back then.
