dyn.politico.com — This didn't happen overnight, however McCain's recent conduct of his campaign -his willingness to lie repeatedly and to play Russian roulette with the vice-presidency, in order to fulfill his long-held ambition -has reinforced my earlier, and growing, sense that John McCain is not a principled man. In fact, it’s not clear who he is.

Read about this earlier, grassroot "Republicans" who are really democrats, claiming to have once liked McCain but have now moved on.How pathetic.

Wait, what???? How is "“I didn’t decide to run for president to start a national crusade for the political reforms I believed in or to run a campaign as if it were some grand act of patriotism. In truth, I wanted to be president because it had become my ambition to be president. . . . In truth, I’d had the ambition for a long time.”" not running on every ad the democrats put out?"Country first" ? That's McCain saying "McCain first" on record in his own words. Why the hell don't more people know about that line?

Sadly, I used to respect McCain. I guess he used to hide his massive issues better in the past or I just wasn't as much of a political junkie.Sad, so sad. Very good article though.

This "far left liberal" crap is just that. It is fabricated out of thin air by Murdoch, Fox, Limbaugh and the other hate radio jocks. The more I read about Obama the more I realize that he defies labels. The best I could call him is a pragmatist or perhaps a centerist. You have absolutely not ONE THING you could specifically point to which would indicate that Obama is FAR LEFT.Have you people lost all ability to think for yourselves or is all of your thought given to you by those overpaid, loudmouth, hateful morons on the airwaves? Stop hating and start thinking.

You were never an Obama supporter and you never heard the whole comment. Good try, troll.
