i did, im using kirikae+backgrounder. but its a little sluggish and i hoped apple would have a better solution. and they did... but not for us 3g people.
Multitasking would definitely for sure 100% make me consider thinking about possibly sometime considering a iPhone, maybe or maybe not. I don't know. Consider.

It takes less than one liter to drown an iPhone, regardless of OS.At least four liters are recommended for drowning iFans.
