If you download software for Windows then yes, but I don't recall Microsoft ever making away to apply icon sets easily.

there have been MANY programs to change the icons on your mac, pic2icon to name one, but you can even just use finder by copying an icon form one info box to another.

Downloaded it, tried it, can't get it to save the changes... keeps on saying "Unable to save the new icon"
