pure-mac.com— There's some pretty sick software apps on this list- some I've never seen before. If you're a mac user you gotta check 'em out.

What's with the use of the word "sick"? It puzzles me why it has caught on... So, then is the next generation going to use the word "festering", "putrid", or "horrid" to describe something cool?
Pour some petrol over it, and chuck a match on top....Ooops, missread the heading. Thought it said HOME HEATER, not HOME tHEATER. Still, wouldn't be a bad thing to do with a Mac...... ;)
Replying to myself here but I tried the XviD_Avi_Import_Preview3_intel today and it works perfectly for xvids in Quicktime and Frontrow. You do have to remove divx to get it to work though.
Hey guys, if you grab the Apple Firewire SDK from developer.apple.com, there are a few programs in there that you can use to capture video from any firewire source, like a cable box. It'll even take in HD, but you'll need a G5 to play it back.

Hi everyone! For those of you owning a TOUCHSCREEN, there is a nice Musicplayer-software for you. I had the problem, that none off all the Mediacenter software was controlable by a touchscreen and so wrote one by myself. You can find a little Webpage with screenshots here: http://njam.homeip.net/~reto/rMediaTouch/Greets
