it probably has Debian, which Ubuntu is based off of, and it probably isn't ideal for them to list all distros either, but Ubuntu is popular so not sure why it didn't make it.(it's being very slow for me :( )
It's a _Linux_ cert study guide, in .doc format. Need I say more? Why don't you just cut to the chase and release it as ooxml? In my best Red Forman: "Dumbass."

CompTIA is vendor neutral, so they don't test on specific distributions, package management systems, etc
