WOW! I am a Republican and I am sorry that I did not hear Lindsey Graham speak until now. What an embarrassment he is! He reminds me of those stereotypical boss-hog politicians that you see cliched in movies. He is truly out of line with Conservatism, which is to true Republicanism what Christ is to Christianity. And on that note, as a Christian I am greatly offended by his comment about the 11th Amendment. How distasteful and even blasphemous.
He's just another blabbering warmongering left-wing tax and spending neo-con RINO.Screw him. The future is freedom. Not his form of slavery to the State.
"1994 Defense Appropriations Act; stated an invasion would not have violated the War Powers Resolution, enacted in 1973 by Congress to define the limits of a President's ability to send troops abroad, and that the invasion would not have been a war because United States forces would have been invited in by the legitimate government."We were in no way "invited in by the legitimate government."in Iraq.

Graham is the best friend the Chinese and MIC have. Long way from a true patriot though.
