Better than Canada."I've been saying that for YEARS, as will anyone who's served in the military, and still people talk about wanting this on a national, universal scale. IF THEY ONLY F'ING KNEW.We used to call military hospitals/clinics "the medical hobby shop." (With due respect to those military medical practicioners who don't deserve the derision; they obviously do exist, of course, but the worst stories always get all the attention.)
