arstechnica.com— Um, yeah... those iPhone notes that Apple previously confirmed you could sync with Leopard's Mail? That's been stricken from the record. Now, be a good user and erase any memory of such things.

How hard is it to implement note syncing? Certainly not as hard as creating a new file system. And while we're at it, what happened to the new file system that Apple was talking up for Leopard a year ago. They didn't even have to create it and they still ended up stripping it from the final product.
This isn't crossfire. Or a political ad. Enough with the "backpedaling" BS. The feature will require an update to the iPhone software.Don't get your panties all twisted up.Buried as lame.
This shouldn't be a problem since someone will probably implement it without too much trouble. One great thing about the iPhone and Leopard is that the source code is available for anyone to modify.

It was just a trim really.

Yep, same here. There's a workaround, but really I just want Apple to Fix the f**king AirDisk right now.

Yay, another firmware update that I will have to wait to apply so that it doesn't brick my iPhone.
