Ok first off can people stop calling this TechTV when this was on the ZDTV Network. It started with Ziff Davis TV then it went to TechTV(Got a little worse) then it went to G4 which is well everyone here knows s**t.This video is from "ZDTV" not "TECHTV"
I remember watching that and thinking that i was a kick ass machine. weird kinda makes you think that the boxes we use now are going to sound weak a few years from now.. haha
$5,000 MONITOR???????$4,500 for the machine, when is costs $1,200 or less now which is ten times as powerful :) Wow, I remember when those Pentium III's were the s**t :(
Wow, This is a part of me that lay dormant for many years, without having anyone to relate to. It is saddening. I shed a tear for the old days. I recently discovered Twit about a month ago and I was thrilled to hear the old gang, but this Digg has just spun me upside down. It's beautiful, I almost feel like I'm there again. Back in high school. getting the t.v. every weeknight at eight to watch them. What's weird is I don't personally know them, but I love them and their friends, it would be awesome to hang out. But any way I have said too much and gone on to long. I hope someone can relate.
The sad thing is - I still have that case - it is a supermicro 750A (also sold by Addtronics). Awesome case! If only it had some front-mounted USB ports. I can just image what it would have been like to have my Athlon 64 3000 with 230GB in two drives...
