twit.tv — Well-known podcaster Leo Laporte isn't happy with the term "podcast," particularly in light of Apple's recent trademark claims. His suggestion? Call them "netcasts" instead. "It's a little clearer that these are broadcasts over the Internet. It's catchy and even kind of a pun."

If you want to go retro computer nerdy, I'd also like to suggest Byte-cast. :) (Can be pronounced like bit, or bite.) This is kind of a reminder it's all 0's and 1's anyway. LOL

AudioDrop would fit the theme of the client "Juice/iPodder Lemon", I suppose. It does refer to what it does as "squeezing". :P

DowncastIt suggests that it has been downloaded - from the internet to your computer and also from your computer to an iPod or other player (Zune even). Also it works with audio and video.Netcast implies streaming over the net in my mind for some reason.

Well, I don't know about you guys... I'm changing my name! I've always hated being "owned" by apple. Alright, in about a week, check out "northstarnetcasts.com".
