Short punch shot on a wet day, nice backboard, pin in a nice position. Funny things always happen. I think Vijay skipping the water on 16 in Augusta on the par 3 tourney was pretty awesome as well.
USGA Rule 18-5"If a ball in play and at rest is moved by another ball in motion after a stroke, the moved ball must be replaced."There is no penalty for either player. In stroke play, there is only a penalty if the person who's ball struck the stationary ball was hitting his shot from the green (putting). In that instance, that player would incur a 2 stroke penalty. So, if you are putting on the green in a USGA event (or want to play by the rules), have your playing partners mark their balls (if they haven't already). There's my golf nerd paragraph of the day.
