how do you combat 2nd hand smoke which is far more potent and DEADLY? It would be governed based on the individual state/city/businesses just like everything else in this country

We've all been duped into believing the issue is about the medical effects of pot as a drug. The hemp plant was made illegal to suppress industrial competition and the drug use was how they could sell it to the public. Just search for "hemp benefits" and "hemp laws" and you'll get the picture.

dont tell me you dont know any of your friends who have pot?you telling me all of a sudden i cant trust my friends who will probably sell me some of theirs? they probably get hookups from their friends as well and so onobviously drug dealers will still deal no matter what because they NEED to deal, they WILL make their prices lower anyway possiblesince they have more and easier, they can probably go out and practically steal it

also, will it make it legal to grow your own pot aswell?

I believe it can also open up a lot of doors for the U.S. Soon enough we have resteraunts that serve sides of marijuana to boost someone's appetites before the meal. They pay extra, but what is a little bit of money compared to heaven. :)Just a thought... Marijuana can manifest and open a lot of doors. Thanks for reading...

no the question is NOT if its psychological or physical... there is no question about IT.. psychological addictions aren't REAL.. physical addictions have consequences... just because you believe your addicted to something may fool you into it, but it doesn't mean your body will react negatively to such... breaking a habit makes you feel weird yess, but its just like not drinking coffee in the morning. Its something you have to get used to. You have no f**king clue how difficult it is to get off 360mg-450mg daily use of Oxycodone (you would die at my levels of consumption.. thats how adapted my body has become)... i never sat over a toilet puking my brains out for 6 days for not using marijuana... I never experienced the level of discomfort and incomprehensible depression from not using marijuana.. I never experienced the joint pain and convulsions from not using marijuana. Get your FACTS STRAIGHT and stop relying on bulls**t articles for your information. They know as much as you do, they aren't in it. They get their information from other people... IVE LIVED IT.. dont tell me whats what when you have no f**king CLUE... you can read all you want but you will never know what I know until youve been in it... and you dont want to know.. so shut your mouth and continue living your life... just dont come argue about s**t you will never comprehend.

You'd also save on prison/enforcement costs, even if you evaded the probable taxes.

My God, I feel like the idiot brigade has been let out for their Saturday afternoon trip- get back on the van, time to go back to the institution!

I have two dead brothers. Alcohol was the culprit- not pot. One "drank himself to death" the other got hit by a car crossing the street drunk.Alcohol does nothing for me, but when used during chemo, it may have saved my life. -FACT.

YES! Couldn't agree more. If weed are legal over here in the UK and it was taxed we could probably claw our way out of the financial mess we're in right now!
