It should be noted that much of the dialogue from the show is "Chinglish"—it's more or less English syntax with direct word translations into Chinese. While the site does a good job of reproducing the Mandarin dialogue, the source itself is pretty bad Chinese. Cursing a native speaker with some of the lines on the site is more likely to have them doubling over laughing than feeling insulted.
Japanese use Chinese characters the same way European and American cultures use the Roman alphabet. You'll know it's Japanese when you see it interspersed with one of its two syllabaries, instead of just straight Kanji.

the japanese copied chinese characters. what japanese call Kanji, is actually chinese characters.
