You're mixing up stages of communism. Communism, according to Marx, would lead to the possibility of an Anarchist state by the creation of a socially compliant society. He said that communism would make the government disappear by itself. Communism is not anarchy. Capitalism is anarchy. It's uncontrolled. Also, defining communism according to Marx is like defining capitalism according to Woodworth. There is a difference between the theory and the actual result. Marx only had fantasies, not an actual system.
