I love how the imposter's legal notice is crap compared to any decent kind of notice from a decent lawyer. There is no legal references or statutes included at all in the document. You can't expect to tell a person to stop doing something because it is illegal without the legal statutes referenced to back it up.As it stands, I'm surprised that the open source people don't suck it up and hire a semi-decent lawyer themselves to end this thing once and for all. If a project is open sourced, there are legal implications if a person tries to pass it off as their own and sell it. Get a lawyer who specializes in computer technology, intellectual property rights, or e-commerce. You will have that site taken care of in no time.
