Hilliary is ambitious to the point of shamelessness. How anyone can't see directly through her facade is beyond me. It surprises me that even one person in a poll would say they would vote for her.Obama is a remarkable speaker. Hilliary speaks like a robot, and she simply CAN'T go off of her script. She won't give an interview unless the questions are given to her ahead of time.
Yesterday I was happy and proud that I voted for Barack Obama. After watching this video, I feel even more so. So all you people in Virginia, Maryland and Dc - you're up next. Do your job and get this man in the White House. FIRED UP AND READY TO GO!!!
In Colorado twice the number of Democrats attended caucus meetings than Republicans. And Obama was chosen 2 to 1 over Hillary. This man bring out the voters!
Both the Republicans and Democrats, as reflected in my post, are spending too much. Certainly spending less on foreign troop deployment is a start -- not only Iraq, but also Western Europe and Japan -- as well as reduced foreign aid as a whole. Since 1975, the U.S. has sent $50 billion to Egypt alone.None of those candidates, and most of the current crop of Republicans, are advocating return to sensible spending policies relating to investing in our own educational system, our own renewable resources and our own job market. That was the point i was making.
Obama is a wonderful man? a Muslim who wants TERRORISTS to continue to kill our Military brothers and sisters fighting to keep America safe. Ever heard of the Anti-Christ people all over the world are acting like this Obama is the 2nd coming be careful America about this Muslim.
Nice explanation of the subtext in the election. We forget that being against the war wasn't like ordering steak rather than chicken at a restaurant. If you accept and fight by the rules of the game as defined by Bush, Karl Rove, Tom Delay, and Rupert Murdoch, you may be able to win the mud wrestling contest but you will still be dirty after wards.
A little study is in order. Obama not only strongly supports education (he is a Professor after all) http://www.barackobama.com/issues/education/ but he has outlined many ways to improve in all the areas you mentioned. What amazed me in reading T.A.O.H. was that before Obama takes on revamping a program or initiating a new one, he looks to see which programs can be streamlined to generate the funds. The FIRST thing he asks is, where will the money come from? And is that so surprising? This is a very intelligent and strongly principled man. He does not just throw out ideas that he thinks the public will gobble up. No, he has already walked through the creation, funding and red tape issues in his head.
